Can you say
"ew?"
I know she's a toddler.
And I know toddlers are supposed to be messy. But I have issues.
I hover when she eats. I
wipe up as she spills. I clean up and toss as she drops. Sticky, slimy, greasy,
messy. I just can't do it.
Once in a while, I accept
that I am a bit absurd - that I need to just get over it. Let her be a messy
kid. It's rare. Very rare. And usually outside.
